Springboard

Our day-long workshop of discovery, ideas, music and food

Siren Springboard, a day that brought together people of all backgrounds, skills and disciplines to help shape the future

Report coming soon from our Siren Springboard event of the Leap Year, Saturday 29 February 2020: a day when 40 people of all backgrounds, skills and disciplines came together to help shape the future direction of Siren and learn how young people in Suffolk want respond to climate and environmental emergencies.

Springboard had a focused and engaging day of discussions, activities and good food. We were joined by local charities, organisations and people in Aldeburgh where Suffolk’s first arts and science festival took place in August 2019.

We learned a lot about what issues matter the most and - though plans and events for 2020 got hijacked by the coronavirus lockdown - our digital festival will roll those themes out in 2020.
